Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them based on this experience.

I recently used them and was surprised when they asked for handwritten instructions for my delivery. In an era where digital communication is the norm, this requirement felt extremely outdated and inconvenient. It caused unnecessary delays and frustration, especially since I expected a more modern approach. I believe the company could greatly improve its service by adopting digital options for customer instructions. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them based on this experience.
