I've tried to return an item here, which they've had for 19 days, and they won't even respond to my emails, much less refund my unused and unopened item.

Very disappointing shipping experience
I placed my order on September 26 based on the stated 1–5 business day shipping timeframe. However, I was later told that the order might not even ship until October 8, and I still had not received a tracking number.
If I had known it would take this long just to ship the order, I would have ordered from another supplier. The advertised shipping timeframe gave me a completely different expectation.
Because of the delay and the lack of clear shipping updates, I decided to cancel my order and purchase the product elsewhere.
Very disappointed with the experience and the amount of time wasted.

Great product and fantastic customer service
This company makes EV charging adapters and chargers. I bought one of their CCS to NACS adapters. It is solidly built and works great. But here’s the best part. When Tesla slightly changed the plug on their version 4 supercharger that caused their adapter to not work on that version charger, a2z REPLACED my adapter FREE OF CHARGE. Now that’s customer service worthy of the name.
