Bus driver is very rood to all customers and even shouted at a lady in a zebra crossing to hurry up, not impressed at all
Bus driver was extremely rude to my mother on the way home from Cambridge on the no.75. And old her also that he won’t drop her off at the designated stop but at the church as it’s too dark although there are street lamps and then dropped her off at the designated stop and moaned at her because someone beep at him when he went to turn around at the stop.
It’s disgusting behaviour.
If your bus driver is having a bad day tell him not to take it out on the people who catch the bus as it’s not their fault. Hopefully improvements will be made asap and the driver spoken to. Unacceptable and very unprofessional.
Terrible service.
Number 26 from Cambridge to Royston changed to A2B bus and coach company www.a2bbusandcoach. I’ve been used a few times since now and it wasn’t said in time about this new service and the new timetable.
Lost my work day, the company changed the stops and the times.
Nobody to complain, no answer in the phone provide and any message go trough from their website.
I’m moving to Royston certain about the ex service and route, now my routine is gonna be a mess with this company.
