Return/refund process
We ordered an iPhone and we received it very quickly. However the box of the phone was damaged.
And here started the journey.
the Phone was faulty. We recognised straight away, took it to the Apple Store where they confirmed and report created.
Requested a return label from A1 which took a lot of days to receive after a lot of complains.
We returned the product and after four working days, we didn’t receive any communication about the Phone however they stated to reply back within 48 hours. We contacted the company by email, next day filled complain form and then finally on phone we have an answer that they just finished inspection but unfortunately they don’t have this model in stock anymore so they will arrange a refund and not a replacement. When I asked to replace it in another colour they said it’s more expensive so they don’t do it. I’m really unhappy with the situation as we waited two weeks for the product and at the end we don’t have the phone, we still don’t have the refund and we need to start the process to find a deal again from scratch.

Customer support is a joke
The emails are an ai response - the on site chat says exactly the same response.
When calling to talk to customer support they will not help you, they will never call you back. They will never let you speak to a manager. They are not there to help you.
My parcel was lost in transit - it took them over a month to refund me and I couldn’t get a satisfactory outcome, a replacement or my money back to order again.
When it works, a1 tech deals is fine but if you have a problem, don't expect any help from them.
