SCAM
I want to express my concern regarding my recent order.
I anticipated receiving a Huawei G5 Pro smart watch with a ceramic and gold strap; however, the watch I received has only a rubber strap. I sent a message to A1smartshop representative vis email, and after sending my order number, with the screenshot of my order, the representative denied that I purchase anything from them. I also tried to send a message to them via WhatsApp, and someone just said "ORDER NUMBER" and unfortunately never returned my message after I provided my order number and requested for a refund.
Also, I noticed a suspicious dubious and scamming operations from A1smartshop. I observed that on the site the location of the site is in Honk Kong, and when I checked whois.com, the site location shows Arizona, USA and on trustpilot.com it appears they are in UK, moreover, despite all, I also paid with pound sterling. And they have bad customer service and my trust for them is completely Zero. If I was privileged to rate, I would rate zero, instead of one. Now, they are not responding anymore and I totally lost reach.
At this point, I would like to request a refund and initiate the return process for this item.

Obviously, this is business competitors disturb.. we posted the item to you same as the item description .. we have over 200000 buyers and do the online business over 20 years in the world.. we will not stop to do our online business in the world and we will provide your information to ask my lawyer in UK and Europe to against you .
We can provide the tracking numbers to all our buyers ..and all our buyers are also received the item same as describe ,, actually over most of our buyers are also doing the business with my shop for a very long time until now.. we must replied all buyers messages but we will not make any communication with the thief.
I will take a legal action to against this fault buyer... obviously this is a business competitor jealous my shop and this guy is also 100% a thief ... very bad ....
Again...we are doing the online business over 20 years so we will not stop to do our online business for anyone stupid and dishonest review because we are a honest seller and this seller doing the online business over 20 years in the world.

Good price and received as advertised
Huawei Smartband 10 received brand new and in original box etc. The price was very competitive when compared to UK retailers.
The band took around 11 days to arrive from when ordered, which was not a problem.
The only "fly in the ointment" was the track order link provided by A1. This did not work, which was a little worrying. However after 7 days.....I copied & pasted the tracking number into the Royal Mail tracking site - everything was there and in good order.
Overall a very good shopping experience with A1smartshop.

International order takes a little longer but service is great
When I ordered I didn't get a confirmation email, but I was able to see my order on PayPal. I contacted the company and they responded quickly to my query. The camera came, shipped from China, so it was slower than I had anticipated. Although order information and postal timings are not clear, I would order from here again. This is a trustworthy company.
