Customer service via WhatsApp was absolutely appalling. Spoken to very rudely and disrespectfully, and will not be shopping with the company again!

I do not believe being shown the tracking information and asked, “what is this?!” is polite or patient. Nor is there anything illegal or harmful about my review for you to flag it - it is honest and accurate.

Have been shopping with a1smartshop.com (trading as Hui Fai Computer Co) for several years now. Original products, fantastic prices, hassle-free delivery to the UK. Amazing customer service and response times- thank you, Andy!!! Recommend unhesitatingly.

BE AWARE!! SCAM SCAM! I ordered a kit for my phone which was €160.
I received it and it wasn't working.
I tried to contact the company, email or WhatsApp and despite been told they would help I waited 2 weeks and still no help whatsoever.. No after sales service so be aware!
When I tried accessing my account to leave a review, they had already disconnected it to avoid me from leaving bad review!
I'm opening a case with the public consumer group..

Great products at great prices, however delivery times are very long. I had to wait a month for the product I ordered. Tracking was also not great.

If you aren't in a hurry and see something at a good price go for it.

This was the first time using A1smartshop and everything was perfect. I ordered a pair of smart glasses as the price was good. They ware delivered quickly with full tracking all the way. The glasses arrived well packaged, brand new and sealed. I'm very pleased with them. I'll definitely be using A1smartshop again.

Never left a review but had to since i just been scammed by Andy and A1smartshop. i did originally recieve my item. This became faulty within 30 days of usage. Posted the item back to Andy and had conversations with him about a refund or replacement but after a few e-mails he is now ingoring my e-mails. so he has the product purchased and my money. Unfortunatley this is the type of behaviour that you need to avoid. do yourself a favour and order from a more professional website. As you can see on Trustpilot he flags all of these reviews which has been noted by Trustpilot.

My chargers were arrived on time and same as described without any issues .

The service is terrible, I ordered Honor Vision Glass that never arrived, and after contacting their customer service, all i got is tracking that goes for other parts of the country, and can you be patient and wait a bit longer, we will send this to you. has been like that for a while now.
Be careful buying from this shop for expensive items, you might never get them.

Following seller reply: 3 trackings and all wrong and no item, and he says he has a policy, so with that he can give 10 trackings all for different items and still the item never arrives, ridiculous.

I rarely write reviews about my purchases but this time I really wanted to share my experience as I myself was very suspicious in the beginning after having read the feedback from others whether I should order at this site. I live in Germany and ordered Schokz Opendots for a price that was 85€ less than the other websites (including. Germany based). Since they offer PayPal which has a buyer protection, I considered it safe to order and gave a try. I ordered on 6.Sept and got an order confirmation immediately after. On the next day, 7.Sept, I got an email with the DHL tracking number where I could track the whereabouts of my package. And it was delivered yesterday (16.Sept) as exactly it was communicated. No additional custom fees or etc. I also received update emails from DHL directly. So my experience was super positive and I will definitely check for other items on their website.

Can not fault, from order to delivery.. and query. Easy to set up, very user friendly. Only slight hitch, I have to ask hubby to translate some bits for me or I use Translate app! have so much to watch now!

I've once ordered from this site and after about ~1 month it still wasn't delivered.
After contacting the seller I got a response much faster than I could ever anticipate and it got mostly refunded which was nice considering it was supposedly shipped out but missing.
I do wonder what ever became of that package, though I fear that will forever remain a mystery to both of us.
Kinda sad to see the website offline right now, as they do seem credible and well stocked outside of this.
