Great price and great customer service
Great price and great customer service. I ordered small camera off the website. I was a little wary of bad reviews, but my experience was smooth. The only thing , it took 2 weeks to arrive, but very easy WhatsApp customer service was very helpful and responsive assuring me all is in order and is on the way to me. The product arrived from china, atm all works and is in order. Overall very happy with the purchase. 2 weeks were worth of wait! Can recommend!

I made a purchase in mid December which through no fault of A1smartshop was misplaced. I contacted A1smartshop on WhatsApp and the reply was super quick. I was offered a full refund there and then however, the deal for the products I ordered was an absolute steal so I opted for a free replacement instead. It turned up less than a week later over the Festive period which was amazing. Communication was A1 and friendly. Items I purchased are 100% original and much cheaper than anywhere else online. I spent just under £300 on my transaction so I was delighted with the response from A1smartshop. I will be back and thoroughly recommend them. A very happy customer here. Shame about Evri.

Bought a game controller
Bought a game controller, asked for t shipping updates in the WhatsApp chat and the person there answered within 10m both times. I was scared it was a scam site from reading reddit and online but actually got the vader 5 controller boxed and all is up to scratch. Great experience overall.
I was asked on Whatsapp to leave a review and I don't mind doing it because of how good the assistant person was.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam! Do not buy anything from them. I ordered Shokz headphones, the website showed everything in English, but what I received was headphones with everything in Chinese. Absolutely useless present. There is no disclaimer stating it would come in Chinese. I’ve emailed several times to return the item and they won’t reply despite stating they have a returns policy and you have to email them to get the return address. I have reported them to Action Fraud. Please do not take the chance in ordering from them.

Cheap, Serious & Safe Seller
I initially had a slightly uncomfortable feeling when ordering, as the price of my product was lower than other sellers. However, after seeing the positive reviews and secure payment option, I placed my order. The shipment was made from China and arrived after about three weeks.
The product I ordered, the "REDMAGIC Shadow Blade 3 Gamepad," was delivered in its original packaging. It was new and sealed. I am extremely satisfied with the seller and can fully recommend them. The website has been saved for future purchases. Thank you.
