Dear Cristi Sesanis,

Thank you for taking the time to place an online review, it's sad to read that you are not content with your sofa and the provided service. However our department, Damages and Warranty, told us that on March 6 an independent external service company visited your home to exchange the new provided fillings. According to the report you agreed with the softness and was content with it. However, they mentioned you would like us to pick up the old fillings if you would still like us to come and pick it up, please send us an email and we will arrange it for you.

Hartelijk dank voor de genomen moeite een review te plaatsen echter ontzettend jammer om te lezen dat u momenteel ontevreden bent. Uw tevredenheid staat juist voor ons op de eerste plaats en mede hierdoor herkennen wij ons daarom momenteel ook niet in uw klacht. Enkele meubels uit onze collectie zijn op voorraad welke binnen 3-5 werkdagen bij u thuis kunnen zijn, en enkele meubels worden speciaal voor u op bestelling door de fabrikant gemaakt waardoor op die artikelen een levertijd zit. Wij zullen u echter nooit onnodig langer laten wachten want daar hebben wij ook helemaal geen baat bij! Wij doen onze uiterste best al onze klanten zo spoedig mogelijk blij te kunnen maken met de bestelling. Tijdens de looptijd van uw bestelling kun u onze verwachtingen met betrekking tot de levering van uw bestelling volgen in uw account in ons klantenportaal. Wij kunnen echter op enkel uw naam niet direct een order vinden. Kunt u ons een e-mail sturen naar info@a-meubel.nl met uw melding samen met uw bestelgegevens? Dit zodat wij uw bestelling erbij kunnen pakken en kunnen kijken wat we voor u kunnen betekenen. Wij horen graag van u, alvast vriendelijk bedankt!
