£780 to change an RCD - what?
£780 to change an RCD. Speaks for itself. Wes kept telling me that he wasn’t trying to rip me off. We started with him telling me we needed a new fuse box at £2500k. Cowboys.

The electrician invoiced £360 for one hour.
Called out for an electrical issue, they confirmed the oven was faulty and said the sockets were fine after diagnostic testing. Paid £360. Tried to install a new oven, the sockets are faulty….. Very expensive too
Job done no issues follow up from electrician was good with photos and video.
Call them sat morning to look at lack of electrics in kitchen. Call out charge £49, reasonable, however the work carried out which didn’t take that long cost £480. This was purely to check each electrical item and plugs in the kitchen. This equates to over 90-100 pound Labour per hour. I was in no position on a sat morning with fridge and freezer off to keep looking around for a better option. This rate I was told was for however long it took, and if there were any items or parts required it would take another charge to cover this (any extra charges should have been for parts only at that rate, essentially a day rate). As I said job was done fine, but charges way too high. So split decision for me, I wouldn’t use them again or recommend them on the basis of the pricing concept. Given more time on a weekday wouldn't have used them for this price.
Good customer service, however I thought the price was absolutely crazy for what it was.
I was quoted a lot of money and after looking for other contractors within half an hour I had found someone for more than half the price.
Definitely worth looking around before using this company for price sake
If it wasn't for the decent customer service it would have been 0 star
This company installed a shower for my neighbour but didn't fit it correctly and it leaked into my house. Neither the company or my neighbour repaired the damage and I had to involve my insurance company. This cost me £500 excess for escape of water.
I have used A&G construction for the renovation of my house. I am very happy with the end result. The renovation was in budget and executed in the best possible way.
A&G construction is highly recommended.
Good work and helpful well priced as well
All Good
