99RDP use to be good but they are a scam, my friend been with them for more than a year, few days ago they took her RDP offline after 6 days of messages with support they want to give her a new RDP but without her files they intentionally stealing her files and her bank accounts login plus her life’s work cus everything is in there, support claiming the window got corrupted (it’s a cloud storage easy to get files back) and today they just did the same thing to my brother, the support goes through your files and if you have any bank logins or anything worth money they will steal it and take your rdp offline, beware guys, myself and everyone on my craw are already moving our files out and closing all business with this company and we’ll make sure the whole world hears about this

But, we would like to inform you that due to disk failure of the node on which your VPS is provisioned, this issue has occurred and we have tried to resolve and recover it with the best we can do, but all in vain. So, we have to proceed with the disk change due to which we are unable to recover the data but we will surely provide and compensate your subscription with extra days. We hope for your cooperation and duly acceptance of the compensation as an apology.
Also, we like to assure you that we will maintain the faith you have in us. we are a genuine organization providing service for years, we didn't steal any data or scam anybody whoever using our services and putting their trust in us. Due to sudden incident and disk failure, we are unable to help you out, But we will assure you that further these can be avoided.
