No delivery, difficult communication

I had to cancel because after waiting 15 days they were not able to confirm a delivery date. Long delivery time (15 to 20 days). After waiting 10 days to receive a delivery date estimation I wrote them and I didn't receive any answer. I wrote them several times after 15 days and they said I have to wait 2 more weeks. No apologies or anything. When I asked to cancel my order I didn't receive an answer for several days. I called them and they said my emails were lost :/. After 20 days I managed to have my money back but not the item. Order num: 111013812
