I am extremely happy with the service i receive from 99 bikes every time i deal with them. I have bought a few bikes from 99, and they are always excellent quality. The staff are always a pleasure to deal with and really connect on a level of service you don't seem to get at other bike shops.

Buying the bike at 99 bikes online was…
Buying the bike at 99 bikes online was super quick and easy,
I was lucky enough to go ins tore to check it out and they advised the size I needed and I chose click and collect and the bike was made for me.
In terms of the bike- it is super light compared to my previous cruiser bike, comfortable seat and overall a nice a smooth ride.

Estelle was extremely helpful with the delivery and set up of the bike. Made suitable adjustments to the bike for ease of riding. Explained the operation and functions of the E-Bike and answered our questions about the bike.
Estelle was prompt with text messages regarding the availability and the pick up of the bike, as we were coming from regional area to pick up the bike.

Bike lock bracket
My bike was stolen, The insurance company replaced it with a bike lock as part of the assessment but failed to provide its attachment bracket. 99 bikes was able to help out.

Bought a bike for my son excellent service took it back for the free service after 3 weeks and Dave the guy who serviced the bike was very helpful and again excellent service explained things to me in a friendly and easy to understand way,thanks very much guys
