Massive thank you to the whole team at 99 bikes Kogarah. Special call out to Mitch in the service department. He went out of his way to assist my son in purchasing and installing a dropper post. He is very knowledgeable, has brilliant customer service and was able to assist and provide advice to a young kids starting out. He kept us informed of options, delivery and instal and fast tracked the installation whilst we waited. He and the rest of the staff is the reason we will keep coming back to theis store. Well done team and thank you Mitch.

The customer service provided was great. When a customer is making a significant purchase, more time is needed to consider the specifics of the product. This was provided although it was noticeable that other customers were eager to also have their questions answered. Is this a staffing issue or a technical knowledge issue? I can’t say. Thanks for a good transaction.

Recently had my bike serviced at 99bikes Carlton NSW. Also had compressionless brake housing installed. Knowledgeable, friendly and efficient team members. Very streamlined process from online booking to collection of bike.

I attended the shop to collect a new back wheel and chain whip. I received exception service - polite and professional- and I’m very happy with my purchase. Highly recommended.

The shop assistants I dealt with at 99 Bikes were most helpful and professional. Although they did not have the bike I wanted in stock they guaranteed they would have it in time for Christmas and kept me updated with emails as to when I could expect to collect the bike. Great customer service by Alicia from Carlton store. Buying a bike for my son and needed to buy the right bike. She asked the right questions and provided the right bike and reason why my son needed to start on this bike.

Prompt delivery. I ordered the wrong size in a couple of things so had to return them. Really easy process and no problems receiving the refund. Would definitely order from them again

All went smoothly and promptly. Highly recommended.

Salesman was knowledgeable. Purchased one bike & placed a $500 deposit on a second. That was three months ago and I now need need to keep chasing to find out what is happening with the new bike that was said to be available in early June. Three months later, still nothing. No follow up, nothing. 99Bikes also fitted a drink bottle holder that does not hold a small bottle without rubbing hard on the frame - a bit disappointing if you want to portray a professional image.

Despite global supply chain problems Nick at 99 Bikes has tried kept me informed about my order.

When you walk into the shop the staff wasn’t friendly at all in fact the woman who served me you can tell from her face she doesn’t want to help but others staff are busy she have no choice. I will not go back again.
