Tyre pressures were almost flat on pick up, the seat is so hard and thin and the front shock leaks.

Always helpful and friendly. Nice bunch of lads to deal with.

Great communication regarding my order, speedy delivery too. Very happy.

I ordered online and selected click and collect, the order was ready to pick up in the time frame specified. The guys in the Browns Plains store are always good.

As for the multiple products I purchased I haven't had any problems with anything so far.

Actually really good service. I was delighted as I'm used to sub par service in retail.
I ordered a product via the website to click and collect and it wasn't what I thought it was. Rather than let me buy something I couldn't use Tim was knowledgeable and took the time to help me realise the product was not fit for my intended purpose. He offered other solutions but was polite and understanding when I asked for a refund.
I would absolutely recommend this shop on their customer service alone.

Brought tubes online at a good price, picked them up from brownsplains store, got home and they weren't what i orderd online, not happy

Quality bikes and knowledgeable in suiting our teenagers with the right ones. Hayden answered and resolved all our questions and concerns. Gave them test runs and a great deal too- We’re stoked!! Ask for him..He’s the man!🙌🏽

Went in to get some cable crimps and they could have easily charged me a couple of bucks for them, I wasn’t buying anything else and they said don’t worry about it, it’s free. I came back the next day to buy a brake rotor and yet again received some great customer service.

Really recommend these guys, great service as well as just wanting to help you and not trying to sell you something you don’t need.

Accurate stock level, fast processing, great Sale

I dropped my e-bike off for its yearly service at 99 Bikes at Browns Plains in February. The bike was booked in by Christopher who was very helpful and suggested what needed to be done.
I picked the bike up later that day and found that my bike had been transformed into a new bike again, it was a pleasure to ride and the gears changed smooth as silk. Thanks Guys for a great service, I will be back again for sure.

I bought a pair of bike shoes online using click and collect option. The item was available the next business day for collection so I collected it. It was a very easy process. The shoes are as described with accurate sizing (my regular size is 43). Will buy my bike needs from 99 bike store again.
