after converting their bonus and reaching the minimum withdrawal quota of 80 USDC they don't let me verify my profile via telephone number they say to contact their support who never responds in chat and never responds to emails
the withdrawal is refused and put on hold because they don't send me the validation code
they are truly a bunch of scammers

I got scammed out of 1.8 SOL recently by them. Made a deposit, lost it. Got some cashback, won from that, they imediatelly disabled my withdrawal option, Support non responsive even though they are online.

After months the website is in a loop and logging in does not work anymore. It wants to have the mobile phone number. But since nothing works, even the account cannot be checked. Without the mobile phone number the free ticket won’t be given out anymore. So nothing can be done. It is just scam.

Here’s my story :

I made a deposit of 100MLTC to receive 100 free with 35x wagering requirement.
