Beware won’t honour big wins and fish for personal banking information
Just terrible, deposited and played around £1800 total winnings £7820. Asked to provide banking statement passport proof of address to withdraw. Have done this then they want to forensically study my bank statement asking me to supply details of my other PERSONAL BANK ACCOUNT my relationship with private persons depositing to my account A FAMILY MEMBER my Bank and solicitor has been informed solicitor has said they are probably looking for personal information to gain passwords I have heard of this behaviour before. This is unacceptable clearly they don’t want to honour the withdrawel. Matter still not closed and in the hands of family lawyer. More reviews to follow on other platforms. STAY AWAY!!

Dreadful. Maybe it's not suited to android. The play is not full screen but glitchy and tiny. Bingo games are poor and not enough of them. Rewards are rubbish. Don't bother.

The site itself is easy to navigate and there's a good selection of bingo and slot games. I did have a nice win yesterday lunch time but I am still waiting for that payment to come through, so in terms of payouts/withdrawals I think that could be improved. I was excited for my win but it kind of takes that excitement away when u realise u may have to wait a few days before its processed and then hope your bank account authorises it straight away else the wait is even longer. Other than that though the site is friendly and any questions get answered promptly and a great choice of games.

On weekends, the service runs at a smaller scale for now, so some requests may take up to the first available business day, but our teams still push to release funds as promptly as possible.
We are also in the process of rolling out internal updates that will “supercharge” this part of the service. The aim is to cut down waiting times and make payouts more consistent, no matter which method you use or what day it is.
