45acp 80% lower. Magwell out of spec, mags are very sloppy the gun is useless.
Magwell is out of spec. Will not seat properly and is so sloppy it's impossible to cycle. Tried multiple Glock 21 mags and the same issue with every one, especially the 40 round drum mag. Have sent a video as evidence and as of yet no contact. Hopefully I'll get a response regarding resolution!

So I ordered 3 lowers that showed in-stock back on October 15th 2023 and still have not received. I have contacted them a few times and they keep saying they cannot ship because of the legal battle going on about the lowers. I have check with 3 other 80% lower vendors and they are shipping as long as they are in-stock, my thing is I believe it is fraud to knowingly sell products off their site that they cannot or will not be shipping. I am at the point that I almost feel like I need to contact a lawyer. I do not recommend anyone to buy from them.

Slow to ship don't answer questions and I am convinced the good reviews are from friends and family, or some one that works in the company trying to swindle more people into believing they will recieve there product in a timely manner if u even recieve it at all. They are gonna automatically email you and tell you first come first serve and they reward patient customers, then they are gonna tell you that your product is being held up by a bank verification not lack of mercandise when you send them the amount it will just be a longer wait. Go p80 it atleast you will get it when they say.

Goodluck ordering with them in 2023 there service is horrible they will allow you to order something that’s not in stock and now they’ve place back ordered I recent cancel for a refund and I’ve place my order on march 24th. All I’m really saying they should’ve been posted back order or out of stock instead of having people order at that time with notifications besides fast shipping. Also talked to different customer service reps the one I talk to last week says they have a supply problem because of weather and my order will be shipped out April 7th or April 10th and the other customer service rep that I asked about my order today says that’s not the case and it wouldn’t be shipped out today. So I went with a refund. It’s pitiful now I wouldn’t suggest order nothing from them right now. Hopefully they eventually get s*** organized and back up and running. The product is of good quality and they build up nice however they have miles of bad reviews and after some recent bait and switch tactics they used on me I think I am done with them too after my latest orders finally arrive. They advertised some 80% frames and jigs "in stock" and "ships within 3 - 5 days". After they get your money they bombard you with countless emails stating they are doing everything in their power to get our orders out but are swamped at the moment. If that is the case then they should have said so and advertised it as such so you know what you are getting yourself into beforehand. Apparently they have never gotten the memo you can't charge someone for something you can't deliver within 30 days without the customers prior approval while using a credit card. The person that purchased these items did so under the pretense they would be shipped within 3 - 5 days. They basically have two options if they want to continue to stay in business unmolested and unchallenged by the customers and credit card companies. Either be honest and update their website with a accurate digital running inventory on stock at hand or offer the customer the choice on whether or not they wish to proceed. The way they are doing business is not the kosher or legal way of doing so.

Surprised to see the number of poor reviews here. Ordered from them in the past and never had a problem and ordered from them recently and had a very nice experience.
I recently placed an order with them and they actually sent me the same order twice but only charged once. Looking at the order numbers in both packages indicated it was clearly just a duplicate fulfillment since the order number was the same for both parcels.
Called them up and routed to customer service and was immediately connected to a person in the US. I told my customer rep (Justin) the situation and he confirmed that they had accidentally fulfilled twice. When I offered to send back the duplicate (I'm not a bumb afterall), they told me to keep it and they appreciated me letting them know of the error.
I can't speak for the rest of y'all but I had a nice experience.
Worst customer service
Worst customer service. Their lifetime warranty, is not lifetime, it's once you open the box the warranty is gone for a lifetime. Customer service is rude and disrespectful. I'm returning my order. Worst company to deal with. Ordered a match set of upper and lower reciever. Was not matched and was to different colors, the upper came in a different box. Smh
