Was not expected for such service from a high-end exclusive brand such as 8js
1. ORDER 8JS-15264 – NON-DELIVERY AFTER 14+ BUSINESS DAYS / RETURN TO SENDER
Order 8JS-15264, placed on June 6th, has not been delivered. As of today, more than 14 business days have elapsed.
UPS tracking number 1ZH017160410068497 currently shows status: "Returning to Sender." The reason documented by UPS is unambiguous: the declared shipment value was absent from the commercial invoice — a mandatory field under customs clearance requirements.
This is an export documentation failure that originates exclusively within your warehouse operations.
2. ORDERS 8JS-15280 & 8JS-15288 – MATERIALLY INACCURATE CONSOLIDATION CLAIM
Your communication email of June 16th explicitly stated that orders 8JS-15280 and 8JS-15288 had been consolidated into a single parcel. That statement is demonstrably false.
Order 8JS-15288 was delivered to me just yesterday as a standalone shipment. Order 8JS-15280 remains undelivered, with no tracking reference or status update provided to date.
The claimed consolidation either did not occur, or was executed in a manner that resulted in the partial delivery of a supposedly unified consignment — neither of which reflects acceptable fulfilment practice.
3. ORDER 8JS-15288 – CUSTOMS DUTIES ASSESSED ON INCORRECT TRANSACTION VALUE
The commercial invoice submitted to UPS for order 8JS-15288 (tracking: 1ZH017160411473332) declared a shipment value of 111.83 EUR, corresponding to the pre-discount retail price of the item.
The actual amount paid for this order was 287.28 NIS, reflecting the promotional reduction applied via code 8JS24.
Under applicable customs valuation standards, import duties must be assessed on the actual transaction value — that is, the price genuinely paid by the buyer — not the list price prior to any commercial adjustments.
The submission of an inflated declared value has resulted in customs duties being levied on a sum materially higher than the true purchase price.
