What looked promising. Is a complete ripoff.
I enrolled in 7th Level Academy expecting a structured training program with clear guidance, hands-on coaching, and a roadmap I could actually follow. For a $5,400 investment, I expected a professional and supportive learning experience. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
In return, I received five one-hour group sessions, access to a website, and then it felt like I was basically on my own. They give you a website and it seemed to become, “Here you go, now figure it out.”
The training felt disorganized and heavily centered around videos instead of real support. Class times and links seemed to change, there wasn’t a clear syllabus, and I often felt like I was left to figure things out on my own after making a major investment.
I watched more than half of the video content and had a lot of questions, but it was never clear who to ask. I got the impression that if I wanted real answers or personal help, I would need to pay more.
What frustrated me most is that while support felt limited, there was never any problem reaching out when a payment was due.
I’m not asking for my money back. What I want is what was promised during my enrollment appointment: real training, real guidance, and real support.
My sales have improved, but that came from strong training I received in final expense elsewhere, not from this program.
I believe there is value in sales training, but for the price paid, I expected a far more structured, responsive, and professional experience.
Not what i was told i was going to get from my $3k
i purchased a $3k program because the 2 day free event talked about the importance of signing up is to get us industry specific training vs general info. well once in i found out i only get industry specific training if i spend even MUCH more for the inner circle. Very frustrating! but going through the courses none the less which are somewhat helpful but not great to my industry. But EVERY training video with Jeremy Miner he is constantly bragging and or pushing us to signing up for the inner circle. I would not recommend purchasing his program unless you have the funds to go all the way. otherwise it is too general and takes forever to figure out.
Absolute scam
Absolute scam. Paid for the book. They avoided giving me any resources to track my shipment. Haven't seen it and its already been 2 weeks. They did a follow up call to try and sell me services which I WAS interested in. I even told them to schedule an appointment on the weekend and his response was "if you don't want the services you can say that" they might be good at sales but they are also scammers.

I still haven't gotten the book I bought with the money they stole. Scam.
The training is really helpful
The training is really helpful. I am an engineer type (not 100%, but definitely have some of that in my DNA) and sometimes the communication part of my mind is more technical and factual based. That can be good, but in Sales situation, it doesn't help in the conversation and our clients need help "thinking it through" for themselves.
Everyone has to walk through the sales decision for themselves, and as the expert it is my job to assist them and get them to a point where they can even understand the whole situation/problem awareness that they are in. And that is just the start, they then need to realize how the options work, the pros/cons and most importantly which solution is the best for them and their unique situation.
I have tried different software training, marketing "tactics", certifications, etc, but not much success because none of them really approached it from human side of our clients. I have had very natural normal, non-confrontational conversations using NEPQ since I started, and that FEELs great for me too. I don't like to be a pushy, and that never works anyways, in fact no one likes that sort of conversation.
Long review, longer... it has been great these past 6+ months. I don't usually write reviews, but Jeremy's training is easy for me to recommend. The skills will always be improving. I don't mind the sales conversations (vs before I was a nervous wreck), and it just more natural the more I implement. Feeling less anxious and more at ease these days.
Just for the record, I started with the Blackbook, then Fundamentals (for 6 months), then jumped up to Inner Circle. Fyi, I am a little slow on studying, but the pace is set by me and my turtle speed when I learn. Today is May 22, 2025
Lastly, NEPQ even works well with my kids! I literally ask them probing questions every day after school. So that is solid in itself from a parent perspective.
Enough out of me... back to work!
