5 Star experience from start to finish. William helped me lay out the design for my living room which looks perfect. The company was fantastic about holding my furniture a week until my construction was finished. The white glove delivery service was just that seamless and the guys were great absolutely great.

Can’t say enough good things about my experience buying from 7th avenue. Stefanie was incredible both in the show room and with troubleshooting my couch when it ended up being maybe slightly too big.
Aaron and Alex are the real stars. Totally professional and jovial, they were awesome at setting the couch up and making recommendations as to layout and possible changes should I want to do an exchange.

White glove service. Guys came and unboxed, assembled and clean up after themselves in about an hour. Also, even vacummed and steamed the couch. 5 star service and response. Thread was missing on a cover and they sent it via FedEx on the spot. Highly recommend!

Stephanie was so helpful and knowledgable in the showroom; she took the time to walk us through all of our options and answered everyone of our questions and concerns. Let me start by saying Lauren Taylor (design/sales consultant) did an amazing job with the design and correct configuration of my sectional and that it would be a perfect fit for my space. She helped ease my anxiety about making such huge investment without actually being there in person. Her patience and effort throughout the early stages of my order, and her willingness to go above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the end product, truly impressed me.
I chose the 7th Avenue Modular Sofa in Sand Beige velvet, this sofa with extra deep cushions configured as a 4-seat sofa with two additional seats and an ottoman is more than I imagined it was love at first sight. The velvet is sumptuous and the sand beige tone is a super sexy color being so incredibly versatile, giving my space a warm, modern feel that is so me. The extra-deep cushions are perfect for lounging yet maintain shape for everyday use, and the modular design makes rearranging for entertaining easy. The color reads beautifully in natural light and pairs well with evolving décor.
Last, but not least, Page, a head supervisor in the customer support department, played a very crucial part in ensuring that all my concerns were addressed promptly and that every detail was taken care of. Her exceptional efforts convinced me that I would definitely become a repeat customer.
Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend 7th Avenue and their amazing staff. I give them a perfect score of 10 out of 10!

Aaron and Alex did an amazing job assembling and setting up the couch. They took their time. A lot of attention to details - washed hands before putting on the velvet covers, laying plastic on the ground so the couch never touched the floors, fluffed seats/pillows. Excellent service.

Alex and Aaron provided our delivery for storage base upgrades and did a phenomenal job. I really appreciated that from the beginning, they asked if we would like them to wear shoe covers and showed incredible care in their set up. They were able to efficiently set up our new storage bases and left our sectional looking even newer! We already loved our couch and have gotten so many compliments but now with the storage bases it’s even better and we have had nothing but wonderful experiences with everyone we’ve encountered - the West Hollywood showroom, delivery teams each time, and correspondence via email with the support team. Great service and would highly recommend over and over again.

Excellent delivery service
I'm always a little worried when it comes to furniture delivery/ assembly because I have four curious and playful cats. I wanted to give a special shout out to Robert and Eddie, my delivery team, who did a phenomenal job from start to finish. They arrived on time, worked on switching my couch covers, cleaned under and around where my sectional is placed and dealt with my cats who wanted to be apart of the assembly experience. They are also just kind and friendly people who believe in the quality of 7th Avenue couches and covers, which is the best assurance as a consumer. I'm so glad this delivery service is now an option for 7th Avenue -- could not recommend it more.
