I originally had a transfer arranged from Heathrow to Gatwick, but after my flight was canceled and rebooked, the transfer was no longer included. Despite this, 7PlusTravel was helpful, responsive, and prompt throughout the entire process. When booking with a company based in another country, it’s reassuring to work with one that clearly values customer service as a top priority.

I needed to arrange local transport for family who had come over from Ireland to attend my wife's funeral. 7plustravel were exceptional. Despite this being needed on the 29th December and therefore during the Christmas period, they took care of everything and filled me with complete confidence as to the service promised. Their help and support helped make such a terrible day just that little bit easier. Thank you so much.

Coaches were very comfortable and the drivers we had were very helpful and courteous. One of our party left her phone on the coach and the company were quick to contact the driver and have him turn round to return the phone. A very professional and friendly service with a competitive lower price

Coach arrived on time and the friendly driver waited patiently whilst we got everyone on board.

We booked a private £600 transfer, but the return leg (hotel to Heathrow) failed entirely. The driver was late, no one informed us, and we nearly missed our international flight. We had to abandon the car and take the tube ourselves.
Customer service offered only £50 and refused full refund despite clear evidence. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional — avoid if you're catching a flight or need reliability.

Great company ! Picked us up on time from London. Kept us informed throughout the booking, and managed to get 10 ladies home safely

Arranged transport to LHR from Bristol and back for six of us with a ton of luggage. Everything went well from planning to the journey itself. Pick up was on time and driver was helpful, professional and courteous. All in all a great experience for a fair price. Recommended.

If I could give zero stars I would. Even that would be too good. Complete and utter shambles.
This company gave a horrendous service. The driver originally blocked my uncles hurst. Then when needed to get to the venue from the church decides to turn up 20 minutes late…
Even though this was booked in advance and times stipulated.
The company won’t even return calls or emails
Shocking behaviour

I hired a 12 seater mini bus for my Dad’s funeral. Leading up to dad’s funeral, I contacted 7plustravel to get a quote for a mini bus to take people from dad’s house to the crematorium and from the crematorium to the venue for the reception. I explained in detail what was required. A mini bus from 13:30 – 16:30 with a driver. We agreed on a price and I paid the invoice. Two days before the funeral, I contacted 7plustravel to extend the time to 17:00 and which I was sent an invoice which I paid.
On the day of the funeral, the mini bus arrived 20 mins late, blocking the driveway. Blocking access for the hearse which was due to arrive any minute and the driver fully aware of that as we were all standing on the driveway awaiting the hearse. If he had come at the time booked I would have been able to add people to the mini bus but he came just before the hearse arrived so I was pre occupied with saying goodbye to my dad. The people meant for the mini bus ended up sorting out seats in other people cars.
As the funeral cars were leaving the mini bus driver called me over to say no one was on the bus so I said meet us at the crematorium and he then said I will take your number and be there for the pick up time which is 4pm. He then sent a text moments later to say he will be at the crematorium for 4:30pm which I replied no, please be there for 4pm. After the funeral I called him to see where he was and he gave me attitude to say that he is on his way. Again friends and family offered lifts to people I had provided the mini bus for. He then called me to say he had arrived at the crematorium 20 mins after we had left. I told him we had left then he started giving me attitude and trying to patronize me. In the end my nephew had to grab the phone to tell him to stop calling after ringing me back several times to argue.
A few days later I emailed to complain about the service and the driver replied and gave more attitude. I waited for the manager to respond to the email to at least get some money back as they didn’t complete the service. We have waited nearly a month for a response and nothing even though I have emailed several times.

I very strongly advise against using this firm.
My wife hired them to provide a mini bus for my father in laws funeral. They agreed on timings etc.
On the day the driver turned up late, parked on the drive while the hearse was arriving. Started arguing about the booking and didn’t wait at the crematorium so when the service was finished he wasn’t there. This meant we had to scrabble around to find people lifts during a very emotionally taxing day. We felt so let down.
We phoned the driver who was disrespectful and condescending to my wife and offered no excuses or apologies.

Subsequently when trying to resolve this issue by email with their office we were given the run around at every turn, no solution or reparations were forthcoming. The lack of customer service during such a sensitive and vital day was terrible and the lack of willingness to address it subsequently means the poor review is totally deserved.

Used this company recently to take 5 of us to Heathrow and pick us up 2 weeks later.
Booking process was very easy.
Was emailed driver details day before travel.
Day of travel driver text to effectively say would be at pick up point at the agreed time.
Same driver waiting for us when we returned and told us where to meet him.
Mini bus was spotless.
Any potential additional travel stress like will he arrive on time etc eliminated before you even started to worry 😀. First class service and will use again

Used this company for transfers, 6 adults, 3 young kids and 18 pieces of luggage. Excellent service, large vehicles and very comfortable. Driver was in the terminal to meet us, and then 2 transfers, Wimbledon to marlow and back to Heathrow, will definitely use them again without hesitation.

I have used 7 Plus Travel for their bus transfer now three (3) times and each time the buses are clean, the drivers arrive on time and they are professional.

We use them for 3 trips each time we hire them in a loop. Their prices are competative and their customer service is fabulous.

We will be back with a fourth contract I'm sure!

Very prompt service drivers were very attentive helping everyone with there luggage and they turn up earlier rather than on time waiting for you to collected.
