Came across tripleseven casino online and thought what the heck, give it a try. I deposited $100 with credit card. Within an hour of playing, I hit a $5k jackpot. Kept playing. Went up to $5800 and back down to $4800. I decided to cash out some the next day. What a fiasco! I submitted my withdrawal request for $4500 via a check. They responded stating I needed to verify my account by sending pictures of the front and back of my DL, take a picture of myself and upload it, among other hoops to jump through, which I did. Was told through app that I had completed the steps and my withdrawal request would be reviewed by the cashier dept. Got a message from cashier department stating that it was declined and I must receive my winnings through bank to bank international wire transfer. International wire transfer in itself raises a red flag , nevermind all the other info they requested.They wanted the regular wire transfer info plus pictures of the front and back of credit card used to purchase play with, and a utility bill with my name and address. Among other info. I have won 10's of thousands of jackpots at actual casinos across the US and only had to give my DL and SS# for them to give me a 1099G for tax purposes. I have a bad feeling about this , and its sister casinos. I immediately placed large bets to purposely get my balance to $0 so hopefully they wont be bugging me about my large balance and to submit requested info to claim it. 'll just take the $100 loss and call it a day. PLAYER BEWARE! I SUSPECT THEY WILL USE YOUR INFO (banking, personal, CC info, etc. FOR FRAUDULENT CHARGES TO YOUR ACCOUNTS IN THE FUTURE! Not happy I had to give one star after playing this casino for over 12 years these lot have got worse and worse. When it comes to winning which is hard enough I play roulette and you can't help notice when they lock off any further wins. In other words continue to play only losses are expected. When I finally put £3 or £4 on a x350 multiplier and a x250 they rejected my bet with no compansation. Happened so many times always when I'm about to win big. Each time I win money and have to change my bank details over they will block you and iqnore you put you in a spiral. They kept my old bank card in the deposits so I couldn't include my new card I have over £400 they kept me in a spiral for 14 days and then asked me for my bank statements which I sent 3 days later I hear nothing so I get on chat they say they can't open the documents and please also send your idenfication I told them they are causing me a dissress so they blocked my account for 2 days. Then emailed me saying they have completed checks my account is OK and unblocked. So wrote back and asked why have you still not included my bank details so I can withdraw and why is my old card still on after 17 days. DON'T PLAY THEM THERE CHAT TEAM WANT TO WIND YOU UP AND SPIRAL YOU. AND THEY WANT YOU TO SPEND YOUR WINNINGS. THEY TURN THERE EMAILS ON AND OFF SO NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM AVOID ALL CIST THESE ARE BAD PAYOUTS ARD CONTROLLED HARD NO GOOD

I am sick of receiving emails spam from these people. I have no interest in casinos, online or offline but they persist in sending me several mails a day from an anonymous proxy. Clearly desperate and dodgy.

Worst App every all they do is take and take your money… your never going to get a decent win… when I confronted them on the live chat about this scam they told me that’s it’s gambling you win and lose… but it’s clearly a scam when it’s a constant loss and then they kicked me off the chat and locked my account I have no access to it. I played a game and won the jackpot but for some reason my screen lagged off and i never got it… it’s very common for this to happen on 777 casino. Stay well away from this terrible app. THE RUDE PERSON WHO CUT THE CHAT AND LOCKED MY ACCOUNT IS Joaquin the c*nt. I asked for a supervisor was told I was going to be transferred but they didn’t. Hate, hate, HATE!! This site! Probably the worst have come across. Payouts so poor and bonuses are actually laughable! You cannot build any decent amount money or even get more than a few minutes of game play before all your funds are taken.

This is an update to my first review from a few days ago where I was sent funds very quickly. Since then had few more wins and hand on heart i cant fault the site in the slightest.

I had read the negative reviews and as I said is my first review let's see if the money gets ssent to me and all payments sent within 4 days. Don't get me wrong I lost a few quid, but that the nature of online betting.

So in response to all the negative reviews I think there is obviously something more to it then 777 not will to payout, because this is my new site I don't play anyway.
