Placed order, was given tracking number, order didn't;t arrive, I asked where order was - they said I should have filled in special chemical form, I said - then why have your given a tracking number, the ignored, I filled in and sent form - no response, sent follow up no response, sent cancellation as they are clearly hopeless clowns, no response either
