The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had buying a car was delivered by Daniel Reitner. If you want to be treated with respect, honesty, listened to with your wants and needs carried out, do not allow him to be involved. Among making it perfectly clear that he has no idea how to sell a car to someone living in the State of DE yet never having the level of honesty necessary to admit it, I requested at least 6 times that I needed my registration to be for at least 5 years (confirmed by the DE Dept of Transportation), I received my tags today, good for 2 years. As I explained to him at least 3 times in detail that that mistake would now cost me big bucks as I now am required to removed and have my tint replaced each time registration expires even though he could have SIMPLY made sure that they carried out my wishes. It’s all about him and his commission. After he receives that, he will play his baby games with clients. Horrible customer service is his order for the day.

This place is terrible. Do not waste your time. Especially with their service team. So slow.

A payoff charge of 91.18 for the Nission Motor Acceptance loan was not disclosed when I purchased this vehicle. I wrote to Sansone on 8/18/15 to request a refund but my letter has been ignored.

Worked with Manny. He was a gentleman and worked slowly and answered all questions. He was in no rush to make a sale. Instead he tried to get the best deal for me by asking questions and helping guide the sale instead of making assumptions about what I wanted.

I have purchased alot of vehicles over the years. Lux and non-lux brands. The way Sansone66 works is a bit old school with the sales manager, salesman and finance department all having some part in the sale.

Overall really nice people with pretty good transparency and pricing. I would recommend them to a friend.

Rt 66 auto mall is horrible. The salesmen are corrupt n crooks. They will do anything to sell u a car even tell u that it goes through a 184 point inspection. My back brakes were squeaking so I brought it in they told me the fixed it but my brakes are just those kind of brakes that squeak only to come to find out I needed new back brakes. I just got the car 4 months ago

Sales department and salesman are great unfortunately the service department is a joke at times 7 days to diagnose and fix a standard problem and the worst is no one in the service department ever picks up a phone or calls you back very frustrating. Makes you wonder if you should have bought car here.

From the display of the vehicle and thru the entire purchasing process as well as financing it was a pleasure
The entire transaction took just 2 phone calls and when I arrived I was processed and thru all the paperwork and left in less than 1 hour.
I had direct contact with the owner and his staff and they made my experience a very comfortable transaction.

I just bought a car e350 4 matic, couldn't find a spare tire. call Paul jr. the 3rd didn't respond for several days. plus they tried to sell me the warranty to cover only 20,000 miles for $3500 what they thinking about. I don't smoke drugs. by the way i paid cash for this car on 5/25/15 ty.

Very good experience on my purchase .. I was in the rent to own program and I did well with my payment and in 2 years I was in a brand new car..😀
