The first order I placed got lost in the mail. I contacted customer service they offered me a refund I asked for a replacement. They sent it out and it was here in less then 2 weeks. It was worth the wait and I will order again!

I've purchased several items from you and we've enjoyed them all the cups have been great The first set I've got for my daughter and myself the second set was for my husband and my son they're great My husband is a construction worker and he uses his for work My daughter she enjoys her she's a college student and my son was very happy to receive his to know that he has something with his name on it just like my daughter has something with her name on it it matches mine now he has something that matches his dad's they're wonderful they're great quality and they're definitely appreciated thank you so much we look forward to placing more orders very soon
