I purchased a komono from this company…
I purchased a komono from this company based on the beautiful photographs. However, the robe that I received was significantly different from what was pictured, lacking many of the details, trim, fabric colors, and length. The fabric is very low quality, and it's obviously very poorly made. Initially customer service refused to offer any refund unless I mailed the item back to an address in China, the cost of which is over $40, and they expected me to pay. They have issued a partial refund and are refusing to refund the full purchase price. It was a difficult struggle to even get part of my money back. I plan to report them to the BBB and FTC as well as multiple Consumer Reports Agencies so that no one else has to have the same experience. Buyers beware.

This robe is stunning for the price. My husband even complemented me which is rare. He says you always find nice things online. Fit was just right. I ordered large.
