Poor service

I bought supplements last week Wednesday and your company failed to deliver. I sent an email on Monday enquiring about delivery and was promised that the product will be delivered on Tuesday which did not happen. I contacted your company again yesterday requesting a refund and got confirmation that it will be done.

Indeed this order was not delivered in time, and we sincerely apologize for this.
I can see in the PostNord portal that the products were delivered today.
