If I could have left no stars I would have. I bought some special shoes and insoles for my mum, they advertised as being in the UK but they are not they are in Singapore, the website showed the English sizes as they were in the UK, I ordered the size mum is, it took them over 3 weeks to dispatch it, then took another 7 or more weeks to get here, only to find that it is a CHINESE size 7 which is a UK 5, what a terrible time I had with them, I emailed I dont know how many times and I even went through PayPal to get my money back, I returned them as PayPal told me only I fell very ill when I was to send them the tracking number, I have serious health issues but that didnt matter to PayPal or the ignorant and rude 'Alex' who was awful and horrid and I want t swear but I dont but PLEASE AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE, after weeks of trying to get my money back after returning the shoes he said we dont give refunds on wrong size orders, so not only does he have my money but also has the shoes back in his stock that he will sell to somebody else who thinks that he is based in the UK as he advertises he is but he is NOT, I tried to get my money back though PayPal but they were bloody useless I a so disgusted at the way that PayPal has dealt with this matter knowing that I have serious health problems which can make me extremely sick, but they said no and they now do not reply to any of my emails that I send to them, I have tried talking on the phone but you cant that way they dont even go on the web chat either so how else are you meant to deal with damn awful people like Alex in 5 Seconds, I know I have said this but AVOID THIS AWFUL PERSON, he lacks empathy, customer care, helpfulness, kindness, and willing to give you your money when he has had the shoes back. NASTY VERY NASTY.

First, it took three months for my sandals to arrive. Second, they are THE WORST ITEMS I have EVER put on my feet. THE WORST.
DO NOT ORDER THESE SANDALS.

I am extremely disappointed in this company. I ordered a couple of items on June 9th, 2020. We are now July 26th, 2020 and I have not received my items. I contacted someone by the name of Alex Britt to ask for a refund. She replied to state they will re-ship the items and they are stuck in transit. That would be okay, somewhat, if their website did not say I will get an email once the item(s) are shipped. If they are shipped and stuck in transit, then how come I did not receive an email to say it was shipped, as per their website? Now you want to re-ship them 2 months later and I have to wait another month or more? I would like a full refund. Do NOT order from these people, I believe it is a scam. I spent over 350 dollars and sitting here wondering what is going on. There seems to be no phone number that I can find and the email I sent under 'contact us' I have yet to hear back.
Stay away from these people if you don't want to waste your money.

If I could give zero I would. I have experienced exactly the same as all the other reviews. When you click on tracking it is all in chinese. Are these guys for real. I have now been waiting over a month and still nothing.

5econds is an extremely frustrating company to transact with. They drop ship from China so it took 2 months to receive my product which was a couch cover. Item was not as advertised. 5Listing said it was waterproof and “pet proof”. Had it for a week and there’s a scratch from one of our cats. It’s basically a gray T-shirt covering our couch and Water spills instantly soaked through. Customer service is a joke. A bot named “Alex” handles the email responses and is very unhelpful to say the least.

5seconds is absolute hoax, do not buy anything from. I ordered a product only that in 8 weeks they tell me that they cannot deliver it. They pay for adds running on YouTube and do not care about customers.

You want to try buying!!! Don't try that waste money all product cheap Chinese product !!!!

Please, just DON’T buy anything from them. I never received the item I bought. I disputed this with PayPal and they closed the case just because 5Seconds provided a track number (fraudulent one. It doesn’t exist). "Luckily”, I just lost $ 25, which is not fun at all but at least is not a big amount.

Again, just don’t buy anything from them. You are just going to lose your money in an stupid way.

Should be ZERO stars. Ordered on 5/20, had my credit care refund my money on 7/10. These people are scammers at best. Filed complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.

This should be a zero. After a month of emails and never receiving the product they wouldn’t let me cancel. After 6 weeks I still haven’t received it. This company has no integrity. Avoid them at all cost!

I placed 2 orders. Both arrived very, very late (over 2 months), The tracking number was not working and I actually have reasons to believe that they were both rush shipped in the last moment after I opened claims for both with Paypal ! The products I ordered are not great. I definitely don't recommend this company and I won't place further others . Alex, the only rep responding to my emails was answering almost every time politely and nice but with the same wording and no resolution. Time wasting and frustrating not justified for some plastic cheap looking peelers and a small cosmetic tool... Save your energy & $!

Unable to give less than 1 star. All cheap Chinese products. Worst forgery company people should read reviews before buying. I got a trimmer that I ordered after 40 days and it was defective and doesn’t work. Their team has stopped responding to emails and are not refunding the money.

No star. I should NEVER have trusted this company. I had second thoughts and as soon as i tried to track my order I KNEW NOT ONLY THAT I COULD KISS MY MONEY GOOD BYE BUT THAT THE PACKAGE TRACING SYSTEM FOR THE ITEM I BOUGHT raised my alarm about it's infecting my entire computer system. Very suspect pkg./order tracking!

I ordered two dog beds on April 28, 2020. Although I was assured they were on the way, it’s now June 27, and I have not received them. I paid via PayPal, and have filed a dispute. Save your time and money. Find a USA supplier. This site is not trustworthy.

I purchased an item two weeks ago still haven't been updated nor didn't I receive the item.

Poor EVERYTHING!!!! I paid $60 for two pair of sandals. It took forever for them to come (which I thought was unusual) . On top of that, when they did finally come they sent the wrong size, and the quality was dollar store!!! When I tried to get a refund, it got ugly via e-mail! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! IT'S A SCAM!!! Now, I NEVER want to order anything online again! Very bad experience!!!

Getting the same bs emails regarding a product my wife ordered from these people.

Alex doesn't understand what the word refund means....hopefully the credit card company can rectify this for us.

Making purchases from little YouTube and Facebook ads is not advised.....for obvious reasons.

Thinking of filing a class action lawsuit for wire fraud, mail fraud and theft of service. Over 2 months now. I have also contacted YouTube and inform them that since you are letting them advertise on YT platform i can include YT as well.
