A very wholesome and interesting sooraj…

A very wholesome and interesting approach to looking at gut health not just for digestion but for overall well being. The instructor is very warm, genuine and deeply interested to help us heal our gut. Good for fundamentals - looking forward to advanced level too

Simple is Best

The sheer simplicity of this workshop has made all my initial indifference and anxiety regarding my health fade away. It's very easy to follow through, beautifully paced, and interactive enough to give me hope. It's keeping me disciplined. And for that, I am grateful.

He changed the total perspective of our…

He changed the total perspective of our life...all the things we all do for our survival,came to know that we have been doing it the wrong way all along.Following the simple tips taught by Dr Harish Warrier is going to be a total game changer.Already started experiencing a good changeover in these 3 days of workshop!!!

Out of 5 things he speak, 1 or 2 comes as takeaways. Rest not much

Only a few things are consumable or takeaways. Rest keeps talking theories or a few attempts trying to engage.
