While serving in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom, I fell on my weapon during a fire mission and dislocated my right thumb back in 2003. Ever since then, I have been taking pain medication, deep tissue massages and flexing techniques to relieve the discomfort I have been feeling over the years.
