nice but missing a piece
These baskets are lovely however they do not come with any hanging hardware nor device attached to them to hang on a wall. Hoping whatever I find to attach to them doesn’t ruin them.

Beware of this company
Giving this company 2 stars solely because of their unique products. My experience with them has been absolutely horrific. I ordered 3 items from them (totaling well over 2k) back in November. Two items were to be delivered the beginning of December in which I never received confirmation of shipment even after the expected delivery date. I went through multiple avenues in attempts to contact them in which they were not responsive (at this point thinking I was just scammed). The owner contacted me and voiced that due to the inconvenience that they’d include a free gift. Long story short, eventually got the products shipped and received them 2 weeks late…..they were not the color ordered and of course no gift as promised. Eventually I was able to get the color I had initially ordered. This ended up costing me more money and again….the products were weeks late.
The third product was to arrive the beginning of January. This did not arrive until recently (end of February). Almost 2 MONTHS late. Due to the lack of customer service and everything that went wrong with my order (months on the phone of back and forth with them just to get the products that I ordered at a high cost) ….the owner would not do a single thing to make it right.
Just beware that you may or may not get your items….even with thousands of dollars spent.

When you contacted us for an update, we promptly informed you that the stock was due to arrive soon. However, as some of our items are hand-made, they can take longer to ship, especially during the holiday rush. We want you to know that we take our commitment to our customers very seriously, and to show you how much we care, the owner personally called you to explain the situation.
We understand that you were not satisfied with the first delivery of the Woven Pendant lights, we paid for the return and expedited the shipping of a replacement at no extra cost. In addition, we kept you informed about the status of your order and explained that the Moroccan lighting is handmade, and the production team was closed for the holidays until mid-January. We informed you that we would only receive the items by early February. When you requested the expedited shipping of the remaining item, we humbly obliged and shipped it to you on 20th February, which was confirmed received.
We want to show our sincerity by including a complimentary item, which was shipped together with the first batch of lights delivered to you. Unfortunately, you did not mention in your previous emails that you did not receive it, so we were not aware of it. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We at 54kibo, assures to provide the best possible shopping experience to our customers regardless of the amount they spend with our business. Thank you for choosing to shop with us.
