An order is never cancelled unless the payment failed or the item you ordered went out of stock. We would love to take a look at your order to see what happened and give you an explanation. When an order is cancelled, an email is sent out from the system but if you didn´t receive this, we need to look in to that as well of course. Instead of promised items I got apologies, I'm not sure it's a legit 5.11 shop
5.11 sent the wrong promo items, notified them via email last week, and got a reply that items they were promising on their website are out of stock and there's no way to change them. Is it OK not to keep up what you have promised and then send such a reply:
"Since the Burger general apron is discontinued, meaning that we will produce this item any longer, we are unable to send it to you.
This is of course very unfortunate and we are very sorry for the trouble but we do not have this specific apron to send out.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and wish you a great weekend!"
Not sure you can trust 5.11 and what they promise on their website. They don't offer to send back items from that order. They just apologize for their fake campaign. Nice move 5.11, nice move.

I can see that we have been in contact with you regarding this before and that you have an ongoing case with one of our agents.
It is correct that we did have the wrong information on the website which we apologize for. We did send you another apron and if we would have had the Burger apron, we would of course have sent you this.
In our terms and conditions we have a paragraph about errors and the information that we send out the free gift as long as we have it in stock. We try to prevent errors from happening but we are not more than humans. Unfortunately errors can happen and we do our best to solve it as fair as possible towards our customers.

Second order getting messed up
Second order getting messed up, top item (boots) are missing from the parcel. I can't believe it.
The first order was also messed up, it never arrived and they had to send a second one.
Don't get me wrong: the stuff itself is good but these guys apparently don't know how to make a correct delivery. Too bad.
