18€ for 188MB!!

The cost for being out the bundle is crazy! They charges me 18€ for 188 MB! And it is because they didn’t send me the sms and alerting me that my bundle is finished! They send me the sms after one hour! I’ve been using 50+ for a year and half but now I don’t feel like having it anymore

The internet service becomes more powerfull with the 5g and also the monthly fees for the first year us awesome.

The services are very poor

The services are very poor. Mobile date is almost absent. I'm calling and sending messages to service center every day but they can't solve the problem.

It was great until I got to the point…

It was great until I got to the point of maximum data used, and by mistake got charged for 50 EUR for a 500MB data which I didn't even want to use. Furthermore, to prevent this from happening you need to enable a 'ceiling-plan' feature which COSTS 50 CENTS.

User experience is retarded, and as soon as my contract ends I'll quit them. I can't recommend this provider at all.

Very simple and quick

I could very easily apply online, and each step was simple and easy to understand. The easy switching of my number from another provider was also fantastic.

The whole process took less than 10 minutes

The network did not work

The network did not work. Early on after putting in my Sim card I was able to load a web page very, very slowly. From then on, phone calls worked fine but no internet. I reached out to customer service, they reset my Sim and told me to wait a few hours. I waited a few hours and still no internet. I called back and they said "oh you're on the new network. Wait 24hrs, if you don't have any internet still you should get a refund." Then, I waited more than 24hrs. Still no internet. I called back this time to cancel my plan and get a refund. I was told that "they could tell I used the network and was not eligible for a refund." It's just €1, but on principle I had never been able to use the internet and my multiple calls in were proof of that. 99% of my time on this SIM card was spent in emergency only mode. It was overall a terrible experience and I will tell my friends not to try 50+. I went with Odido and after putting their Sim in my internet worked immediately.
