UK website, prices shown in pounds, so customers do not expect to pay you in euros. We were charged in euros, so had to pay much more than advertised on the website.

I have ordered 3 times from 50ml now and have been really pleased. I can wholeheartedly recommend. If you are ordering from the UK delivery takes a little longer as 50ml are based in Europe but they dispatch very quickly. My one gripe is that on my recent purchase using PayPal I got charged currency conversion fees of about £5 by PayPal. I did write to 50ml about it saying I wish that had been made clear. The prices are listed in £'s so I wasn't exactly on the look out for any issues with currency. They said it is mentioned on their website. It's nowhere prominent else I'd have seen it. It does make a difference though if you are comparing prices between companies for the same product. I don't believe that happened on my two previous purchases where I didn't use PayPal.

I’ve had only positive experiences with this company. The perfumes are 100% authentic, beautifully packaged, and always arrive in perfect condition. Communication and service have been very good as well.

The only downside is the delivery time to the UK, which is a little longer than local stores. My orders usually arrive in around 6 days, probably because they are shipped from abroad. But honestly, it’s still worth the wait because the prices and products are excellent.

I will definitely continue buying from them and highly recommend this company

Excellent product and delivery

I recently purchased a fragrance online from "50 ml UK" and am highly disappointed with the experience. The delivery taking long time, and their customer service is exceptionally poor. Furthermore, they refused to issue a refund simply because the packaging had been opened—an illogical policy, as it is completely impossible to evaluate a fragrance without opening it. If their expectation is that customers test scents at physical retail stores first, there is no incentive to use their substandard online service. I strongly advise against purchasing from this vendor.

Broken. Would not refund despite pictures.

I registered with your company because I was promised a welcome pack gift code shortly via email. After waiting two days, it still did not arrive. I needed the item for a gift that week, so I purchased it anyway. When I called your support line, I was told I had to wait for it, and they refused to add the code to my current order even though it was not dispatched then. The support was extremely unhelpful, and the staff were rude. This was a very disappointing experience, especially since the process seemed so simple.

I ordered a perfume from 50ml and had been reassured by the positive reviews I read. The perfume I bought was the best price I could find online. Perfume was as described, with some free samples, packaged well and arrived within a week to my address in Scotland. Would definitely have no hesitation in ordering from this company again.
