Buyer beware.

The real issue is not just the flavor or the concept of the product. The issue is that this is a device used directly with your breathing. When an object is 3D printed, its safety cannot simply be assumed because it looks clean or because the seller focuses on essential oils. Safety depends on the exact plastic used, any dyes or additives, the printing process, the post-processing, and the testing done on the final product.

Why does this matter? Because 3D-printed plastics can raise legitimate safety concerns, especially for a product intended for inhalation. If a seller is marketing an inhaled product without clearly disclosing the exact material used in the device and without clearly showing what safety testing was done on the finished product, consumers do not have the basic information they need to make an informed decision.

In my opinion, it is irresponsible to market a product like this as reassuring or “safe for your lungs” without full technical transparency about the material of the device itself. A product being described as natural does not automatically mean the physical device used to inhale it is safe.

Before buying something like this, ask for:

* the exact polymer used for each part;
* any additives or colorants in the material;
* safety testing of the finished device;
* and proof that the material is suitable for an inhalation-related use.

Without that level of transparency, I do not recommend this product.

I was working at a company, then stopped working there. He had an issues with his packaging for colors. Once again, I am no longer working at this company he ordered from. He called me, and asked me to fix it personally after I was not at the company anymore. I told him to call the company and not to contact me anymore. Not my problem and I don't own the company.

He still expected me to fix this for him.. in a way of calling my phone non stop over the course of two months. I blocked his phone number and moved on after I yelled at him many times to stop calling.

He calling me from an unknown number after I yell at him many times to stop calling. I am currently in the middle of a police report and a peace bond that is going to be brought to his attention because he is harassing he is stalking and he is a creepy little boy.

So- if you want someone that will harass you, because he has dad's money to run a 3d printer... have fun with the idiot. I think he has gotten to deep in essential oils. See the screen shots

I would never ever recommend this item or the company as a solution for your journey to quit smoking or vaping. They seem to have zero respect for you as a customer. And the audacity the owner showed to keep proving you wrong and wrong in every step of your order is unparalleled.

Placed an order with fast shipping which was a free shipping option at the time, without any extra cost. Not only it never arrived, company blames onto me for not reading conditions properly and that it should be arriving soon. Its been over 10 days now. There is no tracking on item available.

Guys I have attached pics for you to take a look and make your own decision. Do you really want to shoot in the dark with this company and product? Or go for alternative in the market?

I would definitely stay from this brand, made my quitting resolution for the new year a joke.

Just received my order. Shipping was fast into u.s . So far I really love the product. I am currently hitting the maple pepper and am very satisfied with the throat hit it gives. Thank you 4u2heal on my way to a healthier life after 40 years of suckin on the cancer stick.

Customer service was great! Emailed them and got back to me right away! I just received it but both my husband and I are enjoying it. I have only tried the lemon and it is nice! Fits in your hand well and hopefully it will replace my bad habit! Would recommend!

TLDR- It's what you'd expect from a non combustion inhalation situation. You need to be in the mind frame to want to quit for these to get you there. These negative reviewers are giving me peak nicotine withdrawal moments.

No, it doesn't taste like plastic and I have good taste buds. Maybe it was a supply chain issue. It's a very simple design. The smaller size especially, is light like a cigarette, you could hold it in your mouth without your fingers.
So yes, as some of our more privileged reviewers have mentioned, you could take the time to learn to design these after purchasing a $2000-$3000 3D printer, sourcing out the "non rubber" mouth piece of your choice, spool of rubber and the 100% essential oils and mini tube insert.

I honestly enjoy biting down on the rubber tip, it's squishy. I do wish they had an air tight case. I only use these in the home or with family that I don't smoke around. So they dry and lose flavour before I've used them much.

I agree with other reviewers on the flavours, I wish there was more body to them. I personally enjoy the mint ones bc it gives me something that stays (like a vape). The lemon does give you that cleaner smell. Like they didn't get real lemon oil.

Great solution to cigarettes or vapes

Just don't buy. Cant return even when package was unopened.

Tried these after Trying FUM, and it is comparable. I like how the units pieces fit together ( my the pieces of the fum constantly came apart everytime I pulled it out of my pocket)

I love the spearmint and the fact that we get an extra stick in the package compared to Fum, plus bonus points for supporting a Canadian Business and having no worries of duties or potential increased shipping because of the current state of things politically.

Scam. Cheap product and credit card was compromised after purchase.
Like others are saying, 3d printed junk. Might as well huff a lemon rind through a straw. Took over a month to get my shipment, requested refund several times, refused. I had already got on nicoderm patches by then and quit vaping, so don't even need the product by the time it arrived.
Can't prove it but this is the only out of the ordinary thing I purchased online with my credit card this year and now I have had to cancel the card after suspicious authorizations and a USD charge to Netflix under a fake name.

This company is amazing, they really care about what they do and who they do it for. I have the light kit and it's great. Really helps me not smoke. I quit a while ago because I was very sick, I really wanted to start again but used this instead. It's helped me so much. Thank you for all you do. ❤️
