Very good until they get your service and your signal keeps dropping out multiple times a day. Service is not fit for purpose I cut my losses and paid to leave. I have changed to virgin and the signal is excellent it hasn't buffered or dropped out once. I would not recommend 4th utility.

Spoke to Jamie , been back and fourth for months trying to sort my account as I’m being billed for two accounts despite re opening a contract but it was opened all over again. Jamie has chased it all and has made sure it has all been sorted and will check back with me next week to let me know of the outcome, I have been being billed for two accounts since may and despite calling numerous times no one else has listened and solved my issue. Big thanks to Jamie as I finally feel like as a customer I have been listened to ,
My next steps were to leave Urilita due to the billing and poor calling experiences I was having

This is just for customer service!!! Decided to cancel installation with 4th due to so many poor reviews... should have done my homework. Staff were friendly and helpful and not on hold too long.
