Communication issues

I'm glad this service exists, but I wish the communication was better. It would take days to get a response to an email, and then they would ask a lot of the same questions over again. I never did get a proper confirmation that they were coming, so I wasn't totally sure if I'd see them--then they did show up and the employees were very kind and professional in person. Still....the communication upfront was very unclear.
