100% a scam company, do not let them take your vehicle.

100% a scam company. I was pulling my hair out with stress for 6months while 4th dimension sent back a broken motorcycle that was dangerously unsafe to ride. They refused to fix it, i had to get my insurance to step in and sort the case.

I did a subject access request, which shown 4th dimension were trying to deny my claim even though the other party's insurance admitted fault in the first week. They were sending emails to my actual insurer to say this.

I was left without a vehicle for 3 months, as they refused to take back my bike after they claimed it was fixed. Eventually AXA awarded me a high level of compensation for mishandling the case, which was attributed to 4th dimensions shady practices.

For the love of god, don’t let them near your motorcycle.
