I have done the 2 surveys for 65 euros and sent number of mails to the support team and get a automatic message that I will get paid after 20th of the month and its been 3 months I am waiting for the payment and sent them my paypal account but seriously it is very difficult to trust these type of companies and I m very glad to know that they send the automatic messages and the people who send us for the survey they tell they can’t do anything

Moreover I worked with another research companies but did not get any issues with them

Don't recommend! Did my dealership vist on 29th of July 2025 and waiting for my salary till now.

TLDR... Avoid.

Did €600-700 worth of work in May/June 2025 and in August and September, had to send at least 10 emails (each month) to eventually get paid. Replies consisted of weak apologies for delays and requests to wait longer.
I even phone called and resorted to emailing every public email address in the attempt to get through to someone who could action this.

They say they pay PayPal fees... But didn't. I'll take the hit on that and call it a learning experience. I have cancelled my account now, will never work for them again.

For context... I have completed a large amount of assignments for similar businesses over the years, and never had this trouble with others.

Edit/update... They replied to this review on the same day as I posted (far quicker than they actually replied to my emails chasing up payments). Please note the lack of specificity and just another generic apology.
I got charged by PayPal to receive the money. They did not add extra to cover this. Do not bother with this company.

I recorded 3 videos, because the instructor cant speak english well it came to a lot of misunderstanding and in the end I've got no payment and worked for free

I completed three assignments with them in May. It's August and they haven't paid. Awful.

They contacted me via Upwork and agreed to pay $200 for me to visit a dealership. I did as instructed, but they found random reasons to not pay me. Reasons that hadn't been communicated earlier. Absolutely do not recommend. Can't be trusted.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They won’t pay for your work, even if they claim the final client is reviewing your assignment. Eventually, they stopped answering my emails but kept sending more assignments. SPAM, SPAM, SPAM.

Terrible company, they dont pay what we agreed, still I am waiting to get paid a certain amount since 6 months ago. Don't trust any coordinator, you gonna loose your money, even if youmake and amazing job they will say is wrong, just to avoid payments.

Worst. I was asked to go to malwak a tawook store to eat shawarmas worth 30 euros and iwas supposed to get that plus a 20 euros as compensation. TOtal 50 euros. These cheap f*cI< ers cant even afford to pay that, Stay away from these cheap skates. Its been over 3 months. I'm going to inform the staffs that routine checkups are being conducted and ill take service charge from them, they'll be more prompt in payments. Please keep yourself safe from these SCAMSTERS

Worst customer service. I was given 4 assignments to complete. They messed it up and said they had set it to someone else. I then issued them with all the paper evidence they had sent me, confirming I would complete the assignment. They have since not paid me from the assignments. This was in May. I have emailed multiple times. Each time someone else would reply and I would have to explain the whole situation again to still have the issue unresolved. They have now stopped responding to any emails. Would not recommend and have told people interested not to apply.

Hardly any assignments available, laughably bad communication, unrealistic deadlines and late payments...account cancelled!
