am writing this review this morning due to the unexpected customer service I received from Megan, Manny, and Joseph. I am a veteran who was diagnosed with cancer due to exposure to agent orange and the VA after 7 years of asking for an increase to my monthly benefits, they finally increase it and I ordered a new couch, I am disabled and my couch is old and uncomfortable, I woke up this morning to a letter from the VA saying they are taking back my 100 disabled rating and send me back down to 10 percent rating which means I cant afford the couch payment, the couch I ordered was already on its way to me, when I received the message from the VA, and 4 seatings understood my situation and not only did they cancel the delivery, they didn't charge me for the transportation fees associated with the delivery. That was unexpected and I definitely appreciate their kind gift, I receive good news on a bad news day, and if I get my situation resolved with the VA in the future, I definitely will be calling 4 seatings for the couch purchase again. Thank you so much 4 seatings, I definitely recommend your company to everyone who reads this review, and they even thanked me for my service in the military, so any of you veterans out there that read this, give them a call. Great experience. Had a slight problem with the white glove delivery, and expected it to be a giant hassle. However, reached out to their customer service via email and within 5 minutes got a response from Megan who had solved my issue with no back and forth needed. I was ready for the exact opposite. It was an incredibly nice change of pace from what you see from other companies, and I will be a lifetime customer of 4seating because of how easy they made it. They truly care about the customer.
