On 21-05-2026 at around 1:53 AM, I requested a withdrawal of 20,000 INR with withdrawal token number BSY4pXAONG1Whda8nOxaRdvMKLCHIH2m. In the 4rabet system, the withdrawal status is shown as “paid out,” but the money has never reached my account. To help resolve the issue, I have already shared a full PDF of my bank statement from the 20th up to the current date, clearly showing that no such amount has been credited. I also raised a complaint with support, and they repeatedly tell me that the case has been forwarded to the accounts department for review, but for the last 35 days, there has been no real progress or solution, only the same response. My only expectation from 4rabet is that the 20,000 INR that was marked as “paid out” be actually credited into my bank account without any further delay.
