I’ve heard great things about 4prom; however….

I’ve heard great things about 4prom; however, my experience hasn’t been so good. I ordered a dress on the 12th of April, and it said preparing for shipping. I sent an email on the 20th asking for an update, with no response. My daughter’s prom was on the 25th of April and I had to spend an additional $300 dollars to get a dress. Since then, there has been no updates or emails in response to my order, it’s been a month and no response. To make this site efficient, updates and responses to emails are essential to good business. The prom is over and I still haven’t received an update on my dress or has a refund been sent.

Absolutely amazing company great…

Absolutely amazing company great communication VIA email cannot recommend enough! I ordered a made to fit princess style dress less than 3 weeks ago and it has arrived today the quality is amazing the dress is amazing it fits my daughter perfectly we are both very happy such a pleasant experience with this company thank you very much!! 🙏

I cannot recommend this company enough

I cannot recommend this company enough. I ordered 3 dresses customised fit explaining I needed them urgently within 10 days. I received them before the 10 days and was overwhelmed by their beauty and quality. Absolutely stunning dresses and can't wait to order again. Excellent service
