I took the PMTI CAPM Exam Prep Course, or Boot Camp, to prepare for the PMI CAPM Exam. PMTI gives very good customer service and is responsive to questions. They know the path and are good about providing emails with guidance and what to know in terms of steps and direction that guide you through the training post training and through the exam. The training instructor was excellent and explained things very well. The student portal and study materials, especially the practice tests, helped give me confidence to take the exam. Because of my crammed schedule, I took 6 months between training and exam. This was the best way for me, since the training is like drinking from a firehose. I needed to absorb the material over time. My number 1 constructive criticism for PMTI is to quality check the Blue Book and the practice tests. While very helpful, I found a lot of English grammar issues and typos that slow down comprehension. This book has pages that are not relevant or don't add value. I also found that concepts and topics are not settled in context very well or not properly connected to related concepts. I suggest a good quality check of this book to remove all unnecessary pages and to logically group related concepts. I am sure this can be done with some project management SMEs and a good English editor to make sure each module reads and flows well from the beginning to the end. I think the modules themselves are in good order. Regarding the practice tests, I suggest, similarly to the above suggestion, to have a good English editor and SME go through all the practice tests to clean up the bad grammar, bad sentence structure, and typos. The actual PMI exam, English version, is written in very good English. It was much easier to understand the questions and answer choices on the actual exam than it was on the PMTI practice tests. While doing the practice tests, the grammar mistakes really distracted from understanding the question, resulting in extra time to digest the actual scenario presented and the answers. On the actual test, there were many questions with terminology and concepts that were new to me, I didn't remember seeing them in the Blue Book or practice tests. I don't know if it's possible since PMI probably doesn't share their full pool of questions, but I recommend incorporating a wider exposure to the PMI concepts in the book and tests. This review is totally meant to be constructive in a positive way. I could not have achieved a passing grade on the exam without help from PMTI course and materials. My suggestions are meant to help you meet the "stakeholder requirements" better through good "control quality" and "manage quality" activities. Thank you, PMTI, very much for walking me through this process to a successful end.

Well worth the money! The training includes lots of helpful materials which are reviewed during training. Plenty of guidelines and tips are provided by the trainer to help you prepare properly for the exam. Practice exams, study material and lots of helpful videos are also provided. And, every month a new video is posted where trainees can ask questions and the instructor reviews practice exam questions and the correct way to approach the questions to reach the right answer. I highly recommend this program from the 4-day training through the post-training prep that is provided.

Yad and his whole team made the PMP experience amazing. I have already recommended his course to anyone that I know who is studying for PMP. All of the topics were covered in depth and provides lots of secrete and tips to memorize process and programs. The practice tests are very painful, but they prepare you for the real test. Yad always had an upbeat and positive attitude throughout the whole course even after lunch when the rest of the bootcamp would get the "afternoon slump" he would keep us engaged. I passed on my first try so I cannot speak to his pass or pay guarantee, but I would belove he would honor it. All course material provided was anolog and digital. I still reference my book from time-to-time because it is easier than trying to decipher the PMBOK. I had a great time and Yad, and his team have still helped me out after my journey was over and the staff is super friendly and helpful on emails. I cannot recommend this course enough.

I had a very good experience with PMTI.
The study materials (the bluebook, the slides, definitions, etc.) had ample information to study and pass the exam.
Yad recommended strategies to take the test that were effective.
I wished I received a hard copy of the bluebook; I found the book complemented the slides, but I didn't always have a laptop with me to study.

Exceptional PMP Boot Camp Experience – Worth Every Minute

I recently completed PMTI’s 4-Day PMP Exam Prep Boot Camp and couldn’t be more impressed. From the quality of the prep materials to the real-world insights of our instructor Elvis Townsend, the entire experience exceeded expectations. The course was rigorous, engaging, and structured in a way that made a daunting exam feel more accessible.

Having self-studied years ago and giving up due to the dry, memorization-heavy content, I was thrilled to see the shift to scenario-based learning/testing. The Agile and other pre-course videos—especially those led by Yad Senapathy himself—were incredibly helpful in getting me mentally ready for the class. Yad is a true master of the craft, and his presence is felt throughout the entire training experience.

Elvis brought his own energy to the course—he was engaging, knowledgeable, and full of practical examples that made the content stick. He ensured everyone was paying attention and clarified anything that didn’t land on the first pass. I came in with high expectations, and I can say with confidence that he met or exceeded them.

The course gave me the confidence I needed to schedule my exam and push forward with a clear study plan. My only minor gripe was a delayed resume review submission, but even that was acknowledged directly by Yad in a thoughtful email—which says a lot about the integrity and responsiveness of the organization.

I’ve been in project/program management since 2011, and this is by far the most valuable training experience I’ve had. Highly recommend PMTI to anyone serious about passing the PMP!

Training was awesome! PMTI provided excellent study materials and a great mix of simulation questions that really helped me nail the PMP. The virtual classroom was super organized and flexible, fitting perfectly into my hectic schedule. Plus, trainer Elvis’s jokes kept things lively and fun! The instructor Mr. Garelik was very knowledgeable and experienced with teaching the course materials. He shared many stories from his work experience to help relate and memorize the materials. The simulation tests very useful.

The course was very well organized and provided more than sufficient information in order to successfully pass the PMP exam on the first attempt with all scores above target.

Rapid Service. From application submission to receiving my graded PMP exam, PMI was quick to respond to any concerns I had.

The course was very helpful to understanding the project management content. We had 4 days of 8 hours in which we learned different topics. The book was set up to follow along with the class. The quizzes and exams were one of the core reasons I was able to pass the exam. Be aware that if you take the tests in exam mode, there are no breaks like if you were taking it in person. It is 3 hours and 50mins straight through. My only suggestion on the course content would be if this program focused a bit more on agile concepts. It seems like the exam is leaning more towards that approach of project management. Overall I feel this course was the perfect course to take in order to pass my PMP exam on the first try.

Yad was a great teacher! Extremely knowledgeable and funny! The course is well organized and the material provided was exceptional. I would recommend PMTI to my colleagues and friends.

The course was a massive success! Jeff did a marvelous job and made the material not only understandable but a pleasure to learn. I felt so confident going into the test thanks to the boot camp and the practice test material.

The PMTI PMP is a great class to take if you are looking to pass the PMP exam. The instructor was very direct, so the material was easy to follow. I would recommend this class for first timers and anyone looking to get a refresher on the overall material. There is a large number of practice questions and exams available after the class to hone your skills. After finishing the practice exams, you will feel completely ready to take the test.

The one thing I wish we spent more time doing was questions as a class and discussing them.

Beyond the intensive "boot-camp" week, really the videos, question bank/simulated exams, and monthly check-ins made this certification possible for me.

Videos of lessons from our PMP Booth camp as well as other booth camps were helpful. Exam review sessions are full of useful information that helped me pass the exam on 1st attempt. Yad, Rick are very helpful and straight to the point on what you need to focus your attention to. You get help even with screening before submitting your resume to PMI!! Study, do the 4x180 exam questions provided on PMTI website, in learning mode (you ll learn faster) then in exam mode (trains the brain to think fast) and go for it!!
