We had so much trouble getting a jr rollator,and found one here.But had trouble getting the merch,shipping issues.However someone always called us back and followed through as promised.Thanks to everyone very courteous and professional

Website not user friendly. No clear location of this company. No communications despite multiple attempts. No way to cancel an order

Just another middle man seller. Advertising items their supplier may or may not have. They charged my card then found out their supplier didn’t have it. Then had to credit my bank account back. I needed to wait for the refund before I could purchase from another company. If you need it or expect it quickly, then shop elsewhere.

I ordered lateral supports and was told I could get a refund if it didn't work. That is the only reason I ordered from this company was that I would get a refund if needed. They told me I would have to pay for shipping to return. The item did not work for my client's needs. I had to pay $39. for shipping for ups and then when 4md received my order back.. I was charged another $20. for restocking. I paid $59. for an item I never kept or was useful to me. With the high prices these days...money really counts. Just know... you may pay a pretty penny to try something.
If you can order from Amazon... with free returns..you may be better off.

I ordered a product from this company but the item was on back order. I was not informed of this at the time of purchase. Jennifer quickly refunded my money and I was able to purchase the item elsewhere.

STAY AWAY! YOU WILL REGRET IT IF YOU DONT! I ordered what said "12 boxes" I ordered 2 for a total of what was supposed to be 24 boxes. I only received 2 boxes total! I immediately contacted them and they said that they changed it AFTER my order from 12 boxes to 1 box! But it still said 12 boxes on their website, only after we talked did it change. How do you change something that huge AFTER someone orders??? The best part is that they said I had to return the 2 boxes to even get my money back!!! Wait it gets better...so I never got the return labels and called back. Then they told me that I did not have to return the one box but I DID have to return the other box?1?! THEY ARE THE SAME EXACT ITEM!! Why would I have to return one and not the other?!?!?! These people make no sense! And now the return label they sent me for the box they want back will not even open. I have emailed again asking for a return label that will open and I can use with no response! I filed a complaint with the BBB with no success, and I still have NOT received the refund for the box they said I could keep. PLEASE JUST TRUST ME AND STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Ordered $75 item over a month ago. Asked to have my money refunded. No response.

4MD Medical advertises products they do not have. They only refund money when you complain to the Better Business Bureau.

Never received a $180 product. Ignored my calls and emails. Never order from this company. SCAM as far as I’m concerned.

I believe this is a scam company. Made an order, paid for it, and never received the item. The FedEx shipping number isn't even real. Multiple attempts to contact the company have been unsuccessful. Don't buy from this company!

If I can I will give it 0! I placed my order at January 25, and they charged my credit card at January 28. But they didn’t ship to me anything! During past 3 months, I contact with customer service many times, but no response. I think 4mdmedical is a spam company. I lost my $154, you guys should don’t follow me.

I'm so disappointed with my first order. I ordered some Vinyl gloves, wrote them 3 times for an update on the status of my order but after 12 days they wrote me back by cancelling my order for no good reason except hat the item I purchased is no longer available. Bad doing business here.

After more than a month request cancellation on 2 orders. I finally got one email with confirmation of the cancellation on the least amount. But it’s been 2 weeks now, my refund it’s still not back on my card yet. Total my 2 orders is about $750. They scam people in this difficult times of the pandemic, which is not moral human.

This drop shipper will wait up to 10 Business Days before filling your order. They will not provide shipping or tracking information or live site inventory levels. They have no warehouse and can't control supply. Terrible company and very misleading.

This company has the worst customer services I have ever dealt with. No regard for Business Ethics and Norms. Item bought online never reached us and they refused to own the responsibility after engaging for over THREE months. Initially, took the onus to provide replacement or refund and after lapsing considerable time where we lost opportunity to engage FedEx also they bluntly refused to help.
They do not respond to e-mails and even the calls.................nightmare to deal with this company

The order placed and paid, supposedly there were stocks. For two months he has been giving me lengths for delivery by changing the date.
Mysteriously 15 days ago they canceled the order without notifying me. They don't return my money until I claim it.
And now it turns out that there are stocks but at double the price.

17 days after ordering a custom wheelchair, I found out that 4MD couldn't order from the manufacturer because they hadn't paid their previous bills and were on credit hold. 4md did not inform me. Instead, they told me that it would be 3 more weeks because the manufacturer had production problems. Lying and not paying bills is a bad combination. Good thing that I called the manufacturer .
