I found these guys from a Google search. They combine the design and the planning under one roof which I wanted. They are really easy to deal with and are fair on fees. Other planners I tried weren't confident I would get a planning permission but they were and I got the permission eventually. So I'm very pleased and would highly recommend them.

We have recently received planning permission for the proposed two storey extension to our house. Our experience of using 4D Planning as the architects for this project has been extremely positive. They progressed our planning application as speedily as possible and always replied promptly to our queries. I used the service of 4D Planning to get me a permission from Westminster Council to add a basement to a town house in a conservation area near Hyde Park London W2.
