I needed to apply for the lawful development of my property, converted into 2 self-contained flats and 4D Planning managed the entire process from start to finish in a straightforward and efficient manner all at very reasonable cost.
One late afternoon I picked up the phone and spoke to Elie over my case. That was it. He fully guided me what needs to be done. Then I spoke to Galit and to James, all correspondence was excellent throughout – very professional.
Thanks to their professionalism our application was approved by the Council and I am really happy by the outcome.
