I was very happy with these pens overall. The gel ink writes smoothly, the extra-fine tip is great, and the finished product looks professional. Our logo was printed very well on almost all of them, with only a few that had minor printing issues. Jean Canela was fantastic to work with. He was helpful throughout the process and ultimately got me a great price. My only criticism is the initial pricing. I had to shop around, find the same pens elsewhere at a better price, and then ask 4AllPromos if they could match or beat it. They did, and I was very happy with the final price, but I would have preferred to receive their best pricing upfront. Overall, I'm very pleased with the pens and the service I received from Jean, and I would definitely order from 4AllPromos again.
