The ordering process is straight forward and easy. The product works as described. I have an Epson WF630 and I have had no problems using the INK I buy from 499INKS. I have made 2 orders now and all goes as it soon. The best part is the price is so cheap as compared to Epson Branded ink. I have paid $4.99 per cart and that price includes the XL127 cartridges. I will continue to use them.

The inks I've received from this company have always worked in my HP all-in-one printer. This is good because I go through a lot of ink in a year's time and their prices on re-manufactured cartridges can't be beat. Thanks 499inks!

Have always had to go to a big box store and pay almost twice as much for a black ink cartridge so I decided to give this site a try.... came quickly and that was just standard shipping and once installed I was off and printing... so easy... saved me gas money and some times annoyance as they don't always have my cartridge at the big stores so I'd have to go to another store to get one., great experience

Bad inkcartridges XL does not fin in my printer, i am disappointed.

I have ordered inks from 499inks 3 times. The ink works well with my HP printer, is much less expensive than brand name ink, and my orders have always arrived promptly.

Poor quality product. First 2 refills I opened made aa Hugh mess all over my desk. I decided not to open the other refills as I didn't want to ruin my printer. I emailed customer service and as of 4 days later still have not heard back from 499 ink. I want my $43 back, what a waste of time and money.

I received ink very fast and I popped it right in. I was so reasonably priced and worked with my printer just like factory ink but much cheaper.

I received the wrong ink cartridges, my fault, and they accepted the return of those cartridges and credited my account. A year later I ordered more cartridges for our printers and 499inks applied the credit to the order. Very professional customer service representatives.

I bought 2 cartridges for my printer and both of them failed. I just threw them away and bought hp ones. I guess you get what you pay for.

The product works and the price is reasonable

I've been using 499inks.com for over a year now and I own a Canon Mx 922 and these ink cartridges always work with it. Never received an error on them.
