420vaporizers Reviews

Great to deal with, good prices, went above and beyond. Definitely earned a repeat customer.

I had never used this shop before; I found it through ChatGPT 😅. I placed a fairly large order and, I admit, I was a bit scared at first—it takes a little while to get the tracking number, which can be unsettling. However, after two days of hearing nothing—even though I’d already paid—I decided to contact the team via WhatsApp. They replied very quickly, and seven days later, I had the package in hand. It’s worth noting that the packaging is discreet—a standard cardboard box—and the sender's name gives no clue about the contents; I thought that detail was fantastic. They were also generous with the freebies! 👏👏🤩 Thank you so much; I’ll definitely recommend you and keep shopping with you myself!

Excellent service! With fast Shipment

Great products, best service and superfast shipping (Netherlands)

On the positive side, the order arrived surprisingly quickly. Shipping took about two weeks using standard tracked post, which was exactly as expected, and the tracking worked well. The products were genuine, and the company itself appears to be legitimate.

There were two things I didn’t like, though.

First, when I placed my order (February 2026), PayPal had issues as a payment option. I also had issues completing the purchase with my credit card. Thankfully, the company contacted me through WhatsApp, and they helped resolve the payment issue, so I appreciate that.

The biggest disappointment was the complete lack of after-sales support. My Puffco Hot Knife stopped working after only four uses (the knife was wobbling from the first use and after 4 uses it broke). It comes with a one-year warranty, but despite contacting the shop, even offering to purchase a replacement at a discounted price, I never received any response. From my experience, claiming the warranty through this shop seems impossible.

If you’re simply looking for genuine products at a good price with fast shipping, I can recommend them. However, if after-sales service and warranty support are important to you, I would probably look elsewhere.

Placed an order, got a confirmation of the order. almost 10 days later I've still had no contact from these people. Not from email or Whatsapp. They don't answer the phone. Nothing. Its a shame because they have in the past been a decent company to deal with.

It took some time (Like 2-3days longer) until I Received a Tracking Info after the Order confirmation.
But the Delivery was ultra fast and safley packed.
Best price in EU.

products came faster than expected

communication was a bit confusing, and it was a bit hard to track my purcase. i started to assume that I was scammed after a while but, luckily I was wrong <3. my package arrived a bit later then expected.

However the project is working great!! happy with my Storm vape pen. will buy more of those in the near future of this model stays.

got a calvo bong that arrived broken, send them the email and in no time thet sent another brand new bong without me had to do nothing else, very fast and effective, 100% recomended.

Never delivered the product, after multiple attempts reaching to customer service they just ignored my requests and never responded. Worst service, the product is still shown available on their page.

Great!!!!!

Al is good..

I have yet to receive the product I ordered so I cannot give better than the lowest rating as of this time

All good. Thanks!!

Great product at a discount, ok fast shipping, great selection. The vape has ass battery time but not the shops fault.

Everything was quick and great, don’t be afraid if after your payment you receive just the viva wallet confirm, the package will come soon.

Although it took a little longer to get my package I was informed the entire way of the delay so I never wondered if I’d get my package. Some of the best customer service interaction I’ve had.

I placed an order of 125 euro. But i got a 404 error after payment. Only an email from VivaWallet and none from 420vaporizers.eu
Ive send you whatsapp text with images and confirmation. Please fix this.

Thanks.

Update:

I got in contact through whatsapp with the costumer service and it seems they are just starting up. They returned the initial amount because the product was not in stock. Just placed a new order and i am waiting for it to arrive.

Update 2:
When the products got shipped it arrived very fast and well packed. Thanks!
