Wide product selection, great prices and above all fast and amazing customer care and service.

I purchased an item via PayPal and the shipping took a little longer than most places but they did in fact send the exact item I ordered. Brand name toys at great prices, I'm pretty pleased with this.
Kinda wish they would update the website to not look so sketch and add a wishlist feature though.

I've made a few orders and they were all shipped and arrived within the week, whether from the Canada or US warehouses. I had an issue with a product on my recent order and customer service was excellent and helpful that I got a replacement without further issues.

Great delivery times when choosing items from the warehouse located in your country (US or Canada). The selection is huge and the prices are even more impressive. Saved me the hassle of having to order from different shops and I even got a little extra lube bottle. One item came with a manufacturing defect but I got a replacement issued very fast. The website does look different but I've personally had no trouble navigating it.

Two orders so far, selection is incredible, lowest prices I've seen anywhere. There was a small problem with my second order, communications were quick and the solution excellent.

I'll buy everything on this site now. They have the best prices and Gio Vanni gave me an awesome customer service. I recommand without hesitation!

best place to buy toys in canada, cheaper than everybody for the most and awesome customer service, if you got a problem with your order they do the following until its solved

Toy that arrived had a small defect and after a short email exchange to verify the defect, they immediately sent a replacement of the product! Really great and responsive customer service.

I chose this website among many other and didn't make a mistake. They have the greatest variety of products, the lowest prices, even they match prices (and is really difficult to find lower price anywhere else), and customer support is working 24/7 (I was pleasantly surprised by getting the reply on Saturday afternoon). The delivery is not express like on Amazon but if you can wait a few days longer then you will pay at least 30 percent less here.

An item I bought and received was found to be defective. I emailed them and got a response within 24 hours saying that they are sending a replacement! Wow that’s customer support and service!

Fantastic service! I bought a toy that had a defect and warranty to it when it arrived. Totally not their fault. The vibrator had issues so I uploaded a video. Replacement was very swift and Gio was an excellent communicator.

The website offers fantastic deals at all times,(i checked 3-4 different sites before ordering,and i always prefer3xtoys.)Quality is top notch,prices are cheaper than any other site and arrives discretely packaged.Deals are always on point for any item you need,and they have a vast variety.

Their massive selection relative to other Canadian sites is due to some of the inventory being in the US, not Canada. I wish they disclosed this. I didn't have to pay any duties, brokerage, or taxes, but when you involve Canada Customs on top of Canada Post, you are in for one heck of a wait at the best of times. These are FAR from the best of times. Ordered Nov30. Received Dec15
